Does anyone know where I can get the ORIGINAL TrimSpa WITH Ephedra?
And PLEASE, if you want to criticize me about diet pills then DON’T BOTHER to even post a reply.
If you know the answer then REPLY, if not then GO AWAY!!!

I have bad news for you and I have slightly less bad news. Yes I know that ephedra is the greatest thing because I have taken it and swear by it’s effectiveness but the FDA decided to indefinitely ban anything with traces of ephedra in it. There are some companies online who say they are getting rid of the last of their stock of ephedra based products such as this.

No it’s not trimspa and i’m sure that trimspa was among the first to be bought up but there you go anyway just in case you would want to settle for anything else. Plus there are conversations on numerous weight loss sites that bronchodilators and respiratory meds can actually be used as a less effective replacement because they also contain Ephedrine which was originally used as an active ingredient for asthma treatments anyway. Products such as vasopro and the like do contain ephedrine ( I know this for a fact ) and are said to have a similar weight-loss effect when combined with yohimbe or something similar but you should do some research into it before just taking it to see if it is safest for you.
And as for the comment saying it was banned in 2003 below me they did release the ban for a short period of time in 2006 and allowed ephedra products back into the market. I know this because that’s when I used it and purchased current ephedra based products. The indefinite ban was only issued a few months ago.
Ephedra is banned from the market. You can no longer get it. Try Hoodia or Green tea…

Since it was banned in the US in 2003, that would mean that any product you get your hands on will be AT LEAST 4 years old. That is probably beyond the expiration date anyway. Any product you get will be of questionable quality.
I don’t know were you can get TrimSpa, but there is an ephedra based supplement that is now being manufactured and sold in the US. It is called Herbalean. This product was developed by the creators of the original Metabolife and I have been taking it myself for several months.
Not only does it contain Ma Haung (herbal ephedra), but it also contains Hoodia for appetite suppression and 77 trace minerals and 14 herbs. This product is legally being sold in the US because it meets the new guidelines established last year when the original ban on ephedra products in general was reinstated. Ephedra products can now be sold as long as the daily recommend dosage of ephedra is 10mg or less and it is contained with a time release capsule.
The results are maybe not as dramatic as with the original Metabolife (or other products that were on the market), but it sure give me energy, suppresses my appetite, curbs my sweet cravings and I have lost nearly 20 lbs overall.

Most important thing you can do is this:
1-eat every 2-3 hours (1-200 cal)–this speeds up your metabolism and keeps it moving. If you don’t do this, your metabolism shuts down and stores fat.
2-eat only protein and vegetables…….get your fiber from nuts. Do NOT have any fruit-it will take you out of ketosis (highest state of fat burning)…..Have NO bread, pasta, carbs…….again, your only carbs should be from nuts and veggies.
3–limit your dairy. Only cottage cheese and goats milk.
4–drink a minimum of 8 8 oz. glasses of water a day
5–limit caffeine–caffeine destabilized your blood sugars and causes you to eat.
6– get to sleep no later than 10pm….your body rebuild itself between the hours of 10pm-6am……..sleeping 11-7 isn’t the same.
7–don’t eat after a certain time of day…….if you are hundry, have herbal tea or something light-1oo calories max.
8–cook in olive oil and make sure you don’t over do on fats.
9–move your body-walk, exercise……do a minimum of 30 min. every day.
10–stay away from stress……stress releases a chemical that makes your body store fat.
My doctor taught me all of these things and I’ve lost 30 pounds in 2 months.

Just a note…If you do find someplace that says they will sell you Ephedra be very very careful. A lot of very good fakes on the market. Most of them are made with crushed gypsum, the stuff you use to build walls in your house, and sugar. They are so good they can even fool a pharmacist.
