They are red.. I used them. I barely wanted to eat. If you followed the directions they should work. I did not have caffeine withdraw, but I do not drink alot of caffeine. I LOVE chocolate cake and I could only eat 3 or 4 bites and had to throw it away

Beige or red. They are the same tablet, but it is a marketing ploy to make tablets different
