They promise that they can pull the wool over your eyes. Don’t trust any pill that promises that much weight loss. Nothing holds a better promise than simple exercise and a decrease in caloric intake.
Best bet is to avoid diet programs altogether and get into a whole food eating plan. Also, get educated about the dangers of eating processed foods because they are a big part of what’s making America obese. The more you learn the more disgusted you will be when you are offered cheese puffs and the like.
