What happens if you take too many diet pill/stimulants?

I took TrimSpa at one point, and it directs you to take 2 pills in the morning, at lunch, and at night. Now I'm taking Leptopril, and it says to take 2 pills at luch and dinner. I realize that the amount of whatever it is is probably different, but it seems more reasonable to take stimulants in the morning and midday, not at night. So what would happen if I took the same dosage as the TrimSpa with the Leptopril?
First of all, it can increase your pulse rate to dangerous levels and possible a SVT (supra ventricular tachycardia). Dont do it without consulting your physician.
You will wind up in the hospital
You can die if you mess with that stuff too much. I would not take any of it.
Your gonna have tachycardia which means your heart will beat so fast it’ll scare the crap out of you (even if you lie down). Please don’t take the stupid pills they don’t help anyone lose weight. I ended up in the emergency room feeling like i was gonna die. It took me weeks to get over it. I had lots of panic attacks and anxiety over it. I had taken trimspa and hydroxycut and none of it worked.
