What is a quick simple way to loose weight?
I have heard about different kitchen herbs that can help you loose weight does anyone know anything about that .....I am getting married in four weeks..and I still have 15 lbs to loose i really need something quick that works i have been taking trimspa x32 does anyone know how well it works??? Anything really helps i dont want to spendlots af money on all of these fake diets that dont wor keither pleae anyone help me ...I am getting oncerned about my wedding day...thank you for your support and time to respond...

If you have 4 weeks to lose weight, you should be watching your calorie intake. Depending on your height and weight right now, that will determine how many calories you need to consume each day.
If you want to lose 2lbs a week (which is the most you can safely lose) you should be cutting 500 calories from your diet and the burning an additional 500 calories a day. That gives you a calories deficiet of 1000 calories a day.
There are 3500 calories in 1lb. So if you are burning 7000 calories a week, that gives you a total weight loss of 8lbs in a month.

You’ve probably heard this a million times but exercising and eating healthy is the best way to lose weight and keep it off. You should concentrate on being healthy rather than just losing weight, once you get healthy everything else follows…

Best thing you can do is drink 4 to 6 glasses of water per day, eat smaller meals 5 to 6 times a day. Eat leaner meats, lower fat dairy products, whole grain breads/cereals/pastas, cut out soda, junk, fast and fried foods. Snack on 5 servings a day of fruits and vegtables.
And lastly, exercise. Swim one day, play squash another, take a brisk 30 minute walk the next. Just keep moving.
Taking pills, etc WONT do the trick.
Go on a strictly vegan diet. That means NO red meat, NO animal by-products(dairy, eggs, etc) and no poultry. Limit your intake of carbohydrates to a specific daily caloric intake set by a health professional according to your body type. stay away from starches and eat a high-fiber, low cooked ratio of fruits and vegetables(as much as you want!) and drink lots and lots of water. If your output(exercise) exceeds your intake, you MUST lose weight; and if you perform the proper series of muscle-tension repetitions, you’ll replace fat content with muscle. Within 30-45 days you can look amazing and be healthy; your cholestrol and blood pressure will stabilize and you’ll feel better than you ever have.
eat what ever you want but only have as much,drink water to keep the system clean walk at least a mile or too. and no food after 1800hr you will sleep better if you are hungey.remember you can eat 10000 cal aday but make a point to burn off 12000. and eat when only when truly hungery
The fastest way I know of to lose weight is by going on a liquid diet. I don’t mean just by drinking water! There are several medically approved "meal replacement" plans to choose from. I am on the Optifast diet and it is great. I lost 16 kilos in the first 3 weeks. It is good for me as it takes the worry out of "food" for a while. If you go on a liquid diet, follow the instructions to the letter. You have to also drink at least 2 litres of water as well. While you are on the liquid diet, take the opportunity to learn all about correct eating habits, nutritious food, exercise etc. There are thousands of sites on the net to help you with that.
