i know that trimspa does work with some people and doesnt with others, and have heard of the heartburn and other side effects including not knowing what it can do in the future. but what make this so dangourous to someone under 18? my friend, who is 16 takes them and has lost 40 lbs off them [my goal weight to lose.] she's had no side effects or anything. so im wondering if this is safe to try.

Unless you're obese, 40 pounds probably isn't a good goal. Talk to your doctor before you do anything, but I would start with a goal like 20… loosing weight is never healthy for people under eighteen. It's mostly unhealthy because you're not fully developed, mentally or physically. Tweaking your growth can lead to serious problems, and trimspa does exactly that, as do other diet pills. Did you know he average brain can't even detect a fully accurate picture of danger until you're twenty four? Start with healthy diets and excersize… it's mostly about perserverance. If you can do that, you're a strong person!
do not try them i know people that have had strokes and heartattacks and then died or they just got really skinny became un healthy looking and then died
If you want to be safe about it, please talk to your doctor and see what he says. That will be the best way to go about it. Dont take serious medical advice from anyone but a doctor. I am 22 and have tried Trimspa and did not get results
