I buy Trimspa, and at Wal Mart, they are required to card you if you purchase this. Even if you do a self-checkout, it dings for an associate to come and check your age. A place like GNC probably would not. If you are planning on taking a supplement, follow the directions to a T. If you try to take more than recommended to try and lose weight faster, it can have serious consequences. For just wanting to lose 5 pounds, starting a regular 30 minute daily workout, replacing foods like soda, candy, and chips with water and fresh fruits and veggies would be a much better and healthier choice. It will also be easier to keep the weight off, as well.

Pills don’t work miracles, if they did, no one would be able to buy them anymore because they’d all be sold out! You’re 15, exercise and eat right to lose or maintain weight.

what does a minor who’s only 15 and only has to lose 5 lbs need trimspa for? one of the active ingredients in trimpsa is caffeine and given your young age and the fact that you’re probably still growing, trimspa has the potential to stunt your growth. i know some states do have age restrictions on selling diet pills to minors (you have to be over 18), but they are mostly not enforced. still, if you just have to lose 5 lbs, why not do it through exercise and healthy eating habits as you could lose that weight in 2 weeks and are more likely to keep off that weight for a longer period of time?
