Ok, so im a 15 year old Female, 165cm tall and around 68kgs. (so, im about 2 kgs overweight) I would realllly love to lose around 1.5kgs everyweek for the next three months, then of course keep it off. I'm not at school at the moment, (for the next 3 months) so i have alot of spare time and i own an exercise bike. Also i recently bought Ultraslim milkshake meal replacements and fatburner milkshake meal replacements.Does anyone know if they are effective? but i ALWAYS end up eating waaay more then just the milkshakes, even unhealthy food! So please, I appreciate any sort of answers or tips!! I'd really like to be around 12 kilos lighter (weigh 56 kgs) by Christmas!

Thankyou!!
(:

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don’t eat wheat then you don’t eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It’s not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym – a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

On some occasions diet and working out simply isn’t the be-all and end-all, cos there can be surplus weight simply sitting around in your colon. It is not body fat, therefore it cannot be burned off, however it can be flushed out, simply by having a diet supplement. http://jawock.mydreamdiet.info has a risk free offer offered right now, I tried it and lost seventeen lbs!! Who says there is no magic bullett? LOL!!!

    1 pound = 3500 calories. 1 kg = about 7700. Eat that less a week to lose a kg.

No junk. No soda, candy, sugary stuff. Eat small, light meals every few hours. Dont starve. Stay with fruits & vegetables. A little tua or chicken.
And exercise. Walk, run, bike, dance…
