do you know any real side effects of xenadrine free ephedra?

my husband and i are taking xenadrine and we are experiencing some symthoms like lazyness and we feel like sleeping al day long, is this normal?

im not feeling very well latly , and i want to know if its normal, or the diet pills thanx

that's not a normal side effect. You should increase your water intake when taking any diet pill. Also you need to make sure that you aren't starving yourself.. you still gotta eat.
