I am not sure of the exact caffine content, but I do know that the only thing that will help you cut the pounds is to cut back on calorie intake and to increase calories out (exercise). I have tried everything under the sun and the harmful effects of the caffine do not outway the benefits. Just watch your portions and exercise. Also, do not cut completely back all at once. Decrease calories in slowly so you do not sahick your system.
Why can't you people just accept that in order to lose weight, you have to cut back on calories and exercise???? Just do it and stop searching for a magic pill. If there was a magic pill, why would there still be fat people???
