i started using xenadrine yesterday ( a dietary supplement that speeds up metabolism and helps lose weight). i do have a sensitivity to caffeine, and there is caffeine in xenadrine pills... the circulation was cut off in my hands last nite. is this normal? because once i took a whole bunch of No-Doz and my mouth went numb and got frozen in one position.

Any circulation problems can be a sign of heart disease. You need checked for that. It may be early, but at least you can keep it at bay if it's that. My mom always said that when she took diet-like pills her circulation was affected, too. So, maybe… I really believe all those diet pills are bad for your heart- no matter how au-natural they say they are. Marijuana is natural, but it can still trigger cancer's.
You might as well ask "It hurts when I bang my head into the wall, should I do it again?"
If you have problems with caffeine why would you take a supplement designed around it?
If you are sensitive to caffeine, why did you take No-Doz? The tablets have 100mg of caffeine each plus the Xenadrine? This makes no sense.
Most diet aids these days are caffiene based. You have a proven sensitivity to caffiene, so I suggest you forgo any of the over the counter aids. Talk to you Doctor about other options.
