so PLEASE HELP WITH ANY INFORMATTION!!! thanks
and if you could tell me if there was any weight gain AFTER u tried zylotrim or any other product...that would be AWESOME!
I have tried zylotrim for 2weeks now. 1st off everyone needs to know there is no miracle pill out there. You have to exercise and eat right.pills only pumpstart you.for people who don't have high metabolism or enough energy. Now…I have the metabolife stuff as well that they give you when u order zylotrim..ps. company does not have good communication so when u order make sure like 5 times they have it right. Anyhoo..you take 2 caps a day n 2 at night ….same 4 the metabo crap 1 at bf and 1 at dinn. To tell you the truth I could be eating sugar capsules and they would have the same effect. Unlike most pills I don't have stomach aches no shakiness so that's a plus. But I see no results. I've been working out everyday…eating healthy..n my weight hasn't changed. To be honest people the only time I ever lost weight was when I worked out everyday..ate very healthy n very little from sat-thur and on fridays id have something bad 4 ya like a burger n fries n icecream…that way you don't feel deprived. Another thing to try that I found to be great is the blood type diet. Find out your blood type and look up what's good for your type..it really helps and you feel great! Most of all cut out sugar and lower salt. That helps with water retention weight. Don't weigh yourself everyday..its discouraging…your not gonna see ur numbers go down in 2 days..its good to check every 2 weeks..that way if you see no results you know u gotta change something. Drink a big glass of water b4 each meal. It helps fill u up so you don't eat so much. No portion should be bigger than the palm of your hand. Also if your a salmon eater…that stuff is grrrreat! Salmon n salad 4 dinner is fantastic…and never eat after 7. Yes it sux esp. If ur like me n stay up late…but if u must nibble…choose somethin good…n don't wait til your starving 2 eat..that's when we make bad decisions. N don't forget multi-vitamins!! Its really not that hard to loose weight..u just gotta be ready to commit. You only get one life…we can't control much…but y feel like crap about the way we look when we have the power to change it. N don't don't tell ppl your plan..jus do it..cuz there will always be that one person who really doent want you to be happy. Oh…n may I reccomend smoothies in the morning! Yum..buy a smoothie maker…throw wutever in it…milk…yogurt..strawberries..bananas…its like drinkin a milkshake…n its filling. N even if you want a sandwhich….I recommend sourdough bread…n only eat half…then wait 3 hours n eat the other half. Trust me people if you stick with it it doesn't become such a chore like it feels in the beginning.good luck
anymore question just ask..I am a health nut..but seriously..the blood type diet is grrrreat!
