like most lose weight the easy way, it probably just curve your appitite and has caffine to give you energy. The idea is make you have energy for excersizing. I don't think there's an easy way for weight loss. My ex had the surgery done, where they disconnect the stomach, but she suffered for about a year. The only way to really lose weight is to eat healthy, in proper portions and excersize. It's the healthiest way and free!
