I doubt it's much safer than Hydroxycut which was just recently banned by the FDA.. If i were you i'd look into Que She. It's all herbal and works like a charm. I lost 8 lbs in 12 days when i first started. Then i was losing at a slower rate but kept on losing indefinitely, so definitely works. I've included a link below fo ryour reference.

No diet pill is proven safe and MOST diet pills are proven unsafe. Nothing leads to better results than a healthy diet.

Unless prescribed by a physician you take the pill at your own risk.

A lot of diet pills are NOT regulated by the FDA so it's anyone's guess what's actually in them or if they can be safely taken for any amount of time.

If you really need assistance by way of diet pill I would recommend speaking with your doctor about prescribed options instead of your run of the mill diet pill which in most cases does nothing but harm to your body

Actually, you don't have to diet in fact in order to lose weight, the one method that really delivered for me was green tea, it can be seen in the resource box below, they have a limited number of free trials left, it has been featured in Reader's Digest and CNN. I lost twenty pounds, it really does produce success!

Before you start looking to just throw away money on something that will not truly help in the end. Look into this. It's called "trim body system." This teaches you how to lose weight and keep it off. While providing you with products that do the same thing as a weight loss pill but is natural. As well since you are training yourself, you will know why and how you lost weight. Therefore always knowing for ever more what needs to be done if you start to gain a couple of pounds. It's a lot healthier approach. Although it looks expensive, if you always rely on something else to do it for you, and stop then never change anything. You'll have to go right back and do it agian. Which in the end will cost just as much, but will never actually change anything.
so why not pay once, and just do it once. And be happy, rather than stressed because you're going on and off, and on and off…over and over again.
    Hope this helps! :)

I have tried every diet in the book but nothing worked as effectively as acai berry. I understand they say that pills won't work, but they certainly worked for me, and they have been shown on CBS News too. There is a free trial happening currently at http://nivakusn.haliq.com , why not try it, what have you got to lose?

I have been through it all and know what's it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can't be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I've worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.

Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.

First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can't eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…

This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it's good for the heart.

However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It's so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I've found a great addition to help any one out, it's a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don't get all crazy on me and say diet pills don't work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn't meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It's an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace .com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it's the best pill I've tried and I've tried cupboards full. Now this doesn't mean you have to follow my foot steps but I've successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.

Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.
